The Catalyst from CraftaBrew.com is a plastic conical that features a removable “trub tap”, dishwasher-safe cleaning, and a beautiful design. How does it stand up after actual uses? Mostly good, with only a few things to watch out for. For more videos and reviews, visit: WNYBrews.com/video
