This week we plunge into the great unknown of sour beer brewing, to recreate the best shandy we’ve ever had. We start with a trip to Square Root Soda, who made the Cola element of it – then use that to inspire us in the brewing of a dry hopped kettle sour with motueka and lemondrop hops!
