It’s homebrew time again! Check out CAMRA’s recipe for an all-grain Old Speckled Hen Clone..

Very close on the nose and the colour and with a little more tweaks you won’t be far off creating a clone of this classic ‘Grandad beer’

Once the recipe kit is live I’ll put a link here, or you can head over to The Malt MIller and search for “Old Speckled Hen clone” or check out the malt millers version (which may be closer to the original).
