It’s the second episode of our 100k celebration homebrew, in which we tried to brew a Red IPA with a massive 100 IBUs. This week we find we have made a monster of a beer – but definitely not a Red IPA. Undaunted we take it around London to get the tasting notes of the people who helped us get to where we are today.
