Victoria Bitter Clone, Made using Morgan’s Australian Bitter and Pride of Ringwood Hops

I had been given an idea from a subscriber to supply a Victoria Bitter type of beer clone. I think I’m on a winner. This is part one of a two part brew on preparing and creating the recipe.
In this recipe I use:
Morgan’s Australian Bitter extract
Brew enhancer
Super Pride of Ringwood Hops 8g Steeped for 20 minutes in a cup of hot water.
and s23 Lager yeast.
Ferment at 18c for about 2 weeks and keg to age for a further two weeks.
