By following the beer brewing instructions such as exact amount of water per beer kit, we can determine if the beer is ready to bottle or not. Each homebrew beer slightly differs in hydrometer final reading, but roughly, the measurement should between 1006 to 1012. If the hydrometer reading is above, wait. If the number doesn’t change after about 4 days, investigate further what may be a cause of beer not fully ferment. (ie. low temperature below 18, yeasts did not fully develop, etc.)
