Coopers Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer

As mentioned in this video, as this is a Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer, I was able to brew and bottle this on the same day, although I did give it the usual week to bottle condition. You can make these alcoholic by ading sugar in with the kit.
