On Labor Day weekend, we took to the backyard to pick some fresh hops from a 5 year old hop garden. Rather than dry and package the hops this year, we picked them and put them right into the kettle. A First Wort Hopping (FWH) and a big hop stand round out our first ever Wet Hop Harvest Ale.
