This is part 2 of 2 videos, of a manual brew walkthrough on the Picobrew Pico C machine. This was using a 5 gallon ingredient kit, divided into 4 batches. I am not an expert, but have done about 3 brews on this machine so far, and felt others might like to know more about how it works.
