I am not an expert by any means and have only been Cider making since we moved to our current house in 2009 which had some very old apple trees. I have had some luck in local Cider shows but all this is done for my own pleasure and for friends and family to enjoy. I work on the idea that the more you make the better you get at making it and you have lots of fun on the way.
