Making Apple Cider 20L (Part 1)

Home Brew Cider
During the lockdown here in SA, we are not allowed to buy or transport any form of alcoholic beverages, so many of us flocked to the internet to attempt to make home made alcoholic drinks.

This recipe is one that I have seen the most and makes about 20L of cider. They say it is similar to Hunters Dry (I think).

Here is my attempt at making it, and how I am going about it.

Recipe:

15 to 20 Green Apples
20kg of Brown Sugar
20g of Yeast (I used instant yeast)
20 Bags of Ceylon Black Tea (I used about 15 bags of normal black tea).
