The NSW-based brewery continues to expand it national footprint with the opening of its newly fitted Richmond venue on 11 July. 
The Hunter Valley’s annual Wine and Beer festival will this year bring beer to the forefront, celebrating the region’s unique offerings. 
Multiple GABS Hottest 100 winner, Mountain Culture is continuing its incredible story, with the acquisition of Fox Friday Brewing. 
Festival goers can expect to find 120 festival-exclusive beers and cocktails at GABS, which is now in its 14th year. 
Bracket Brewing was one of 126 Australian breweries to collect an award, named Australia's top three overall beers. 
The sub-list shines a spotlight on the most popular beers released in 2024, featuring 72 Australian craft breweries. 
With just five years under its belt, Mountain Culture secured a historic three-peat in the GABS Hottest 100 poll. Close to 55,000 consumers voted in the latest GABS Hottest 100 poll, and Mountain Culture’s Status Quo Pale Ale came out on top again. The festival will be hosted across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, with tickets now available for all three cities. 
The 10 finalists have been chosen by a public vote and will now be assessed by a panel of judges before the winner is announced on 13 September. 
Belma IPA heroes a unique American hop variety and celebrates the importance of IPAs to the Pirate Life brand. 
Breweries are invited to submit their best can design of 2024, with entries closing on 7 August and winners announced on 12 September. 
A top seller at last weekend’s GABS Festival Sydney was the delicious 6.5% Braupakt Blonde Ale collaboration brew between Germany’s oldest brewery, Weihenstephan and their Belgium neighbours, St Bernardus! The good news for beer connoisseurs is that it’s been restocked for GABS Brisbane and Melbourne this June. 
Marcus Englet, VP of the “world’s oldest brewery” will give the keynote speech at this year’s gala dinner. 
The campaign hopes to encourage record numbers of visitors to the festival by driving value for consumers. 
After 12 years at the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens, new restrictions has forced the Melbourne arm of GABS to find new digs. 
Gardiner is the Head Brewer at Newcastle’s Shout Brewing, which recently reached number 66 in the GABS Hottest 100.
