I thoroughly enjoyed my first brew day with my new Speidels Braumeister!
This video is a step by step, detailed, look at how to brew with the machine. I chose to brew my Mid Strength XPA to see how it converted over to the new machine. Speaking of conveeting, this was also my first brew using Brewfather, which I found easier to calculate the different way the Brau treats sparge water.
