Brew Day : Pilsner (fermented at ale temperatures with Saflager 34/70 yeast

Beer Kit
Here is my typical process brewing. I will be doing a Pilsner, but will use Fermentis Saflager 34/70 lager yeast at ale temperatures. Results on this from others have been real good, so let’s give it a try.
Recipe:
11 pounds Pilsner malt
1 pound Crystal 10
.5 pound wheat
1 oz 60 minutes Saaz
1oz 30 minutes Saaz
1 oz Flame out Saaz
White Labs Czech Lager yeast

this batch uses Sterling and then Mandarina Bavaria hops.
Other batches used Sterling and then lemon drop hops.
Yeast substitute: White Labs 060 (hybrid lager ale yeast)
Yeast substitute in this video Fermentis Saflager 34/70.

This recipe is a little more fortified than classic lagers, OG: 1.056 FG 1.010 6.25% ABV.
