UPDATE: I have heard back from Guten and the issues I mentioned regrading the tightness of the lid clamps and the sharp edges on the metal leg extensions are both being addressed. Once again the company proves very responsive to feedback. Thanks Guten.
I’m very self-conscious putting this video up as I am not able to hide off the frame as I normally do so please feel free to comment on the product or the review but your views on my appearance are not welcome.
After I did my original review of the ACE all in one brewing system, one of the staff at Guten who manufacture those systems contacted me on Facebook and they let me know they appreciated the feedback and were implementing some changes based on the feedback they saw in that video. Fast forward a couple of years and I had a message pop up from Paul at Angel Homebrew saying that Guten was asking if he knew me so he could send on a package if they added something to his container order for me. Once they had an answer from Paul, Guten contacted me to say they were sending something via AHB and could I let them know what I thought.
I know AHB are already working on rewriting the instructions and ensuring a better print is sent with all fermenters in future
