Brewing a Cream Lager (Cream Ale with Lager Yeast) and Dawson Tasting.

Corn used to be taboo for home/craft brewers but things change. Since I enjoyed my Cream Ale this summer so much I thought I’d see how it went with a lager yeast. It’s almost a Classic American Pils but I think that beer might be intended to have more bitterness. Either way, this is a crushable drinker.
