A homebrew hard apple cider made using cheap store bought Apple Juice and Vintners SN9 Yeast, no sugars were added to this brew. My idea was to make a very basic affordable cider using cheap juice and wine/cider yeast. We will start at the basics and gradually brew more expensive tastier types of ciders. I am used to drinking the more expensive commercial ciders, so lets see how palatable this drink is.
