first try at home brewing with mr beer home brew kit ,west coast pale ale . mr beer recommends fermenting for 14 days and conditioning in the bottle for 14 days for best flavor . but you can do both steps for 7 in the fermenting keg and 7 in the bottle . this is my first bottle it was fermented 13 days and bottled 13 . im happy with my first try.
