Full brewing video of my New American Pilsner (Roadhouse Blues) on the Grainfather, from yeast starter all the way to final tasting.
This New American Pilsner uses sweet Pilsner German malt balanced with a firm hop bitterness and a clean, floral aroma. It includes dank, citrusy American hops, which combines the agressive hop character of an IPA with the drinkability and finesse of a German Pilsner.
Please note that this video is not a ‘How-To’ brewing video, I’m just a keen amateur home brewer who likes to share his homebrew day videos with others.
