Today I broke out the ol’ Mr Beer kit and put it back into action for you.
I came across some home brew beer recipes for Mr Beer that I thought looked like they had some potential to make some good tasting beer.
The recipe I am using is called a Mr Beer Howling Red Ale. It uses 1 can of the Mr. Beer Oktoberfest Lager brewing extract to start and then as you will see I add some other ingredients I picked up at my local home brew shop.
I am stoked to see how this home brew beer turns out. I like the Mr Beer kits as you can try different recipes by doing these smaller batches and then if they turn out tasting good you can upscale and make larger batches of beer.
