How to FORCE CARBONATION | Homebrew Corny Kegging

Home Brew Cider

STEPS:
1. Cold crash the night before
2. Sanitize everything that comes into contact with keg and beer
3. Rack into corny keg
4. Turn PSI up to 25-30 PSI and shake keg for 200 seconds
5. Put keg in fridge for 30 minutes
6. Turn PSI down to 10 PSI and DRINK!!!
