3.00 kg Gladfield Pilsner, 87.0%
0.20 kg Gladfield Gladiator (carapils), 5.8%
0.15 kg Gladfield Toffee Malt, 4.3%
0.10 kg Gladfield Sour Grapes (acidulated malt), 2.9%

Hops:

25.00 g Amarillo (AA 9.0%, Pellet) 5 min, 8.1 IBU
75.00 g Amarillo (AA 9.0%, Pellet) 0 min, 0.0 IBU (hopstand – 5 min @100C then 15 min @80C)

Yeast/Misc:

Irish Moss, 0.5 unit(s), Fining , boil 10 min
Saflager W34/70 or WLP830 , 1.0 unit(s), Other

Batch Notes:

Fermented at 10 C, then free rise to 19C once gravity hits 1.030 and continue until gravity is stable.
