It has been a while since we first experimented with the PicoPro PicoBrew automated brewing device.
While we both still enjoy our more manual style systems and processes; it has certainly been fun to try out one of these cool machines.
This week, we finally get around to tasting our second recipe pack from PicoBrew, Elysian Dragontooth Stout Clone.
This stout is a big creamy chewy; yet very drinkable Oatmeal Stout.
We both found the recipe kit to produce a great beer noted for its chocolate and sweet malt notes.
