Tropical Session White IPA What Yeast Is The Best?

Tropical Session White IPA is an all grain recipe that I found on Home brewers association web site. I wanted to split this batch and use some different yeasts. This Tropical Session White IPA was brewed on the Anvil Foundry. An electric homebrewing system can be a good way to get into homebrewing. If you are new to homebrewing one way to brew might be to make a 5 gallon batch then split it so you can try out different yeasts and dry hops. In this series we are going to use different yeasts. Here is the recipe for this all grain batch.

5 LBS 8 oz 2-Row
4 LBs White Wheat
90 min boil
Hops that I used
1 oz Warrior 60 mins
.5 oz Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra Whirlpool 170 for 20 mins
1 oz Galaxy Whirlpool 170 for 20 mins
