We are very happy to share our a special project with you all! In May 2022 Rakey and Jim spent a week with the team from @Budějovický Budvarin the Czech Republic.
This was a chance for them to immerse themselves into the world of Czech lager, which they both adore. It was also a chance to learn from the masters of brewing this style which couldn’t be missed.
This is part 1 of a 4 part video series that’s coming out over the next few weeks to celebrate this and share what we learnt with the brewing community.
At the end we will be releasing a recipe kit and full instructions on how to brew a homage to Budvar at home, using methods and knowledge learnt on the trip, as well as other events and discussions over the coming months.
