Brewing my first ever sour beer using the Benjo Bironga recipe kit from Brew Day based on the original beer from Bang the Elephant Brewing Co. This is a recipe based around the Lallemand Philly Sour yeast which makes it super simple to make homebrew sours without introducing laborious souring processes or having to use additional bacteria during fermentation.
