I decided to pull our Brewer’s Edge Mash & Boil off the shelves to see what it can do – and when I found out how low it could hold temperature I realized it is the IDEAL brewing system for making Kettle Soured beer!
I used Linc Malts (local grains) and a little acid malt to put together this amazing Dry Hopped Kettle Sour! Follow along as I take you through the steps I used to pull this off.
