Love my American Pale Ales, so while I’m lock down, I had a holiday booked but couldn’t go anywhere, so decided to brew the “Holiday American Pale Ale”. Just decided to brew using whatever ingredients I had in stock. The beer came out pretty well and is a good base for some changes next time.
